We are going to be having some visitors on the 6th of Feb. So we are going to have to clean the house this weekend and spruce it up the following weekend. I dont know how long it will take to get things in order. We need to get some bookcases or something to clean out the closet in the spare bedroom a little. Then we are going to have to vaccum and do all that stuff. It should not take to long to get things straightend up a little.

I made these the other day and they are AmAzIng... If you want a good healthy Cookie this is what you have been looking for.
People consistently rave about these cookies and they are a healthy alternative to store bought cookies loaded with refined sugar. Even better, they’re made with a whole grain flour.
1 cup organic rolled oats 1 cup spelt, whole wheat or oat flour (spelt is my favorite) 1 cup ground almonds (I love Trader Joe’s almond meal — already ground up) ½ cup shredded coconut (optional ,but adds fantastic flavor so why not go for it!!) ½ tsp. salt ¼ cup raisins ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional) ½ cup agave nectar (or pure maple syrup) ½ cup canola oil ½ tsp. vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. 3. Mix the wet ingredients and stir into the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon. 4. Form 1” balls and place on an oiled cookie sheet, pressing the balls down with your fingers. 5. Bake for 12 minutes or until crispy.

I have been reading a book where everyone is drinking Chicory. I have looked it up online and its a real drink. I was thinking that I should order some from amazon and give it a try. It is supposed to be like coffee but with out the caffienne so I was thinking it would not be a bad thing to try. And the best part is that I could grow it in my backyard.

I have been watching Season Three of "The Big Bang Theory" this is the best show every! I think if you have not seen it you should watch it. The show is about four guys and a girl. The guys are all nerds and have issues talking to girls and life in general. If you are a nerd or kind of one, or even know one this is a show that will have you laughing for hours!!

I really need a new phone. I currently have an older LG phone, it has been really good to me over the last two or three years. It’s nice and simple, it has a camera as well as a build in MP3 player. The best part is I can make my own MP3 ringtones. I really like that I can do that. So that is kind of what I’m looking for in a new phone. I would like something that has great sound.
I have been looking at the LG Chocolate Touch it has some great features like the Dolby Mobile Technology so your get great sound, it also has a sweet visual effects feature, what this does is vibrate the handset to the beat of the music you are listening to. It also has a one-touch option for Facebook, MySpace as well as twitter. It has some mobile media option but I have never used anything like that since my phone is older but it says on the site I was looking at that it does “top-notch text, picture, video, and voice messaging, including Visual Voicemail”. One thing that I really like is the 3.2 mega pixal camera/recorder so I would be able to do pictures as well as little movies.

So its almost x-mas and I dont know what I'm going to be doing. I think I will end up reading a book all day under a blanket. I'm alone for the holidays. My girl is in Tucson visiting with her Mom. I will be joining them for New Years. I just did not have the vacation time I needed in order to be able to go for the x-mas and New Years. I'm going to be getting three weeks of Vacation next year so that should be great fun. Maybe I can even take time off over the summer!!

The plan for this coming Saturday is to make a Lamb dinner with fresh homemade biscuits as well as some Mashed Potatoes. I have been on this vegetarian diet / with vegan leanings for too long now. I really need a good meal with some meat so I can go back to just having vegetables for another couple of months. I think you have to fall off the wagon every now and then in order to keep this up.
