So this is the last message that I got from iPower Tech support. ( you can only deal with them via a ticket system) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: [C04818029000000000] Body: Thank you for contacting Support. I have found notation that indicates this account was suspended 2008-03-14 for being hacked. If the account was not unsuspended properly, this could cause the issue you are having. As terms of the suspension all passwords associated with the account must be changed. Once this is done let me know and I will run the script to unsuspend all services. M. Foster Tier 2 Support -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I'm still dealing with this issue, the funny thing is they never said that I had been hacked, was it my site was it my email what was it... how did it happen... Nope don't know. Why dont these people have a phone number, I have looked all over the net and they dont have a phone number even for there main office. How does DHL, FedEx or anyone else contact this company. ARRRGGGG!!! Just fix my email!!!
