I have been looking at signing up for lifelock. Since I have been working to build my credit back up and that fact that people are still stealing identities I think this would be a good system to use. I have tried to just spend cash but that is not going to stop someone from applying for a credit card in my name. lifelock has on their site that they will notify you whenever someone access your credit, and I think that would be a good thing considering “No One” should be accessing my credit unless I authorize it. Plus with this system they renew the block on my credit every 90 days.

So this is the last message that I got from iPower Tech support. ( you can only deal with them via a ticket system)

I have found notation that indicates this account was suspended 2008-03-14 for being hacked. If the account was not unsuspended properly, this could cause the issue you are having. As terms of the suspension all passwords associated with the account must be changed. Once this is done let me know and I will run the script to unsuspend all services.

So I'm still dealing with this issue, the funny thing is they never said that I had been hacked, was it my site was it my email what was it... how did it happen... Nope don't know.

Why dont these people have a phone number, I have looked all over the net and they dont have a phone number even for there main office. How does DHL, FedEx or anyone else contact this company. ARRRGGGG!!! Just fix my email!!!
