One of the movies that I have wanted to see for a couple of months now is the Date Night Movie it stars Steve Carell and Tina Fey. I saw the preview for the movie around christmas of last year I think. I thought the movie looked really funny. I need to see something with some humor in it of late, I have been feeling so so and could really use a good laugh. The movie is going to be opening nation wide on April 9th, 2010 the best part about that is I just recieved two free movie passes I was thinking I would use them to go and see Date Night. It just really hits you in that spot that makes you want to smile. Who would not want to see what happes to a suburban couple that gets into trouble with the underworlds mob boss at a strip club?

I went to the book signing for Patricia Briggs the other night at Powells out in Beaverton. I have to say it was a great experiance. They had a bunch of books on hand to make sure that everyone could get one. I was luck since my parents where out at the mall and where able to hold a seat for me since I had to work until 5pm and then drive all the way out to the mall. I ended up sitting in the first row from a little after 6pm until the event started at 7pm. The guy that worked for Powells intrudeced her and then she made a couple of
comments and then started reading from the book. It was GREAT she is a wonderful public speaker. She read aloud for about 30 minutes and then took questions.
The question that where asked I thought where good. I could not think of anything to ask but her answers were insightfull with a little humor. I will go back when ever she comes to town. I had a great time. The only sad part is I have had the book Silver Borne for a little under a week and I will be finishing it tonight!!

I recently purchased a new pair of eyeglasses, I really like them but I would like to be able to have a different pair of frames. I have been looking online for a cheap way to get new frames so I can change out my look every now and again. I found an article about Zenni Optical and how you can now get some cheap frames and lenses. The article is in the Seattle Examiner and talks about overall cost of getting a new pair of glasses form some of the major stores like Lens Crafters and how it’s cheaper to get those same frames through Zenni Optical. That has been my number one issue with getting new glasses is the cost of the frames. But with Zenni Optical’s websites it makes it so you can get a new pair of frames at or below cost and they are all designer frames. I have never thought I would look good in those nineteen fifties thick black frames, the ones that I have seen on the websites look just like the designer frames that you see in the doctor’s office, but for half off or more. I registered a website for my sister, she is setting up a site that will be showcasing letters and numbers that are found in plants and animals. So check out her site if you can it's www.naturesnames.com
I have been looking at discount faucets since I need to take out my kitchen sink and replace the faucet since its been dripping. I think I will need some help to do this though. I dont want to have to call in a plumber in order to have them replace the faucet. Since that is going to run a couple hundred dollars since it can take a little bit of time. I would like to make this a cheap DIY project.

This should be a great march weekend

This weekend is going to be exciting. We are going to be hanging out and maybe going to the shooting range. Plus I would like to be able to work on the garden a little bit. We have to weed the garden and maybe pick up some plants at the local greenhouse. I would like to get some early tomatoes planted. We love to be able to come home and pick some fresh salad and tomatoes and make a little salad. I would like to try and make some aged vinegar; I need to find a barrel that I can purchase to be able to age the vinegar in. I have done some research and they have a barrel that you can add wine to that does not disturb the mother so you get a better quality vinegar.

I totally get it as well I have been trying for some time to get pagerank on google and I think one of the reasons that is not happening is that fact that I don’t post something every day. You really have to be on top of your game these days or you just get left in the dust. Having a website is like having a child you always have to be taking care of it or something bad will happen.
I suggest reading this article if you have a website or if you are interested in getting one. You need to be aware of how the internet is working and how you to can take advantage of the "Now" in order to make it happen for you.

Dresden Files - Changes

I'm so waiting for the new Dresden book. Its called changes and we find out that Harry has a child that he does not know about. I think this book is going to really kick off some good new stories. I cant wait until it comes out... we are just a couple of weeks away from the release date. I would love it if I had an ARC (advance reader copy) but there is no love here. I dont think anyone has been given a copy so I cant even borrow one. There are some sample chapters out there but they just give you a taste and leave you empty when you hit the end. I want to know what happens and I want to know now.

I know that it is not even spring yet, but in the pacific northwest it feels like its summer. We have been having great weather and the flowers are blooming and everything seems to be right with the world. The saturday farmers markets are going to be starting in the next two weeks and we should have fresh vegi's in another month. Plus this means the berry season is going to be bigger and sooner than I expected. Its going to be jamming time soon.
