I'm happy its almost friday, not so happy about tax day. I was thinking that this weekend we should take it a little easy I do need to get caught up with some of my online work. I have not been doing all the stuff I should be so I have been getting a little behind. That is not good. I need to get stuff in on time but work has been a little crazy.
New Movie - Date Night

One of the movies that I have wanted to see for a couple of months now is the Date Night Movie it stars Steve Carell and Tina Fey. I saw the preview for the movie around christmas of last year I think. I thought the movie looked really funny. I need to see something with some humor in it of late, I have been feeling so so and could really use a good laugh. The movie is going to be opening nation wide on April 9th, 2010 the best part about that is I just recieved two free movie passes I was thinking I would use them to go and see Date Night. If you have not seen the trailer its just below this post. I would suggest checking it out. Once you see it you will want to watch the movie. It just really hits you in that spot that makes you want to smile. Who would not want to see what happes to a suburban couple that gets into trouble with the underworlds mob boss at a strip club?

I went to the book signing for Patricia Briggs the other night at Powells out in Beaverton. I have to say it was a great experiance. They had a bunch of books on hand to make sure that everyone could get one. I was luck since my parents where out at the mall and where able to hold a seat for me since I had to work until 5pm and then drive all the way out to the mall. I ended up sitting in the first row from a little after 6pm until the event started at 7pm. The guy that worked for Powells intrudeced her and then she made a couple of
comments and then started reading from the book. It was GREAT she is a wonderful public speaker. She read aloud for about 30 minutes and then took questions.
The question that where asked I thought where good. I could not think of anything to ask but her answers were insightfull with a little humor. I will go back when ever she comes to town. I had a great time. The only sad part is I have had the book Silver Borne for a little under a week and I will be finishing it tonight!!

I recently purchased a new pair of eyeglasses, I really like them but I would like to be able to have a different pair of frames. I have been looking online for a cheap way to get new frames so I can change out my look every now and again. I found an article about Zenni Optical and how you can now get some cheap frames and lenses. The article is in the Seattle Examiner and talks about overall cost of getting a new pair of glasses form some of the major stores like Lens Crafters and how it’s cheaper to get those same frames through Zenni Optical. That has been my number one issue with getting new glasses is the cost of the frames. But with Zenni Optical’s websites it makes it so you can get a new pair of frames at or below cost and they are all designer frames. I have never thought I would look good in those nineteen fifties thick black frames, the ones that I have seen on the websites look just like the designer frames that you see in the doctor’s office, but for half off or more.
