I just found the Home Again Web Site its set up by the American Humane Association’s to make sure that people will micro chip there pets. I know that that service was offered and we are thinking of getting it done for one of our cats. Baby is not declawed like Fiegero so he goes outside ever now and then. He is a big hunter he has brought us all kinds of gifts like mice, birds and rabbits. I have to say the rabbits where a bit of a shocker when he came up to the door with one in his mouth. Anyway I digress.
Home Agian is a fundraising Web site specifically created to help shelter animals a portion of there profits goes to outfitting shelter animals with the proper identification that cannot fall off or become impossible to read when they are adopted. This identification is a microchip that is implanted in the pet just under the skin that can be read by a hand scanner that vets and shelters have.
